By making me imbibe the wine of love
you have intoxicated me.
With one glance, my free wandering spirit
has been captured by you.

Though there are shadows on my brow
And furrows on my cheek, in truth,
The marks where Time's remorseless plough
Broke up the blooming sward of Youth,
Though fled is every girlish grace
Might win or hold a lover's vow,
Despite my sad and faded face,

I count no more my wasted tears;
They left no echo of their fall;
I mourn no more my lonesome years;
This blessed hour atones for all.
I fear not all that Time or Fate

But, without you, just like a rose,

Some people take relationships for granted
it's sad to hear but true,
I don't want this to happen, not with you.
I want our relationship to be completely from the heart
so we both know, no matter what we go through we will never part

but when I first saw you, it changed everything.

Whenever we hug, I get chills up my spine,
I think about you nonstop; all the time,
Nothing can change what you mean to me,
you’re all that I want, all that I need,
when I look into those beautiful brown eyes,
it makes me realize,

I found my girl so now I can end my search.

Sometimes tears can be intoxicating.....sometimes the captured spirits are not bounded by the chains.....and pain can give you the pleasure that no money can buy.....such is the power of "YOU"....!!!!
